how can u get to this area and what is it for?
i walked around the outpost and can only find one way in but its blocked off...

Unfortunately afaik that area is now unaccessable - well at least via Hedge of Denravi.

The area is called Fort Koga, should be accessable via Random or Team Arena's, or via Zaishen Challenge.

It's an old arena map Fort Koga, not accessible since an update mid 2005 which made all Random Arenas start from one outpost.

This area is no longer accesible, as stated above.

You should not need it if you are going for cartographer, however

Just to clarify, it DOES count, but there is a significant amount of leeway for the title. You can get 100% explored without ever having been to any of the old arenas.
